The only difference is how they mount to your firearm:

• Model A (X300U-A) – Uses the Rail-Lock® system for quick-attach / quick-detach, ideal for users who swap between pistols and long guns frequently.
• Model B (X300U-B) – Uses a T-slot thumbscrew clamp for an ultra-secure, hard-mount fit, designed for duty guns or setups where the light stays mounted long-term.
